How much is the shipping cost?
Flat rate of R50 within Durban.
Free Courier Door to Door delivery for orders over R1000 (important: please select free shipping during check out). Not sure if this is still required?
We will do our best to ship your order within 24 hours of your order being placed, however, if there is a production delay we’ll contact you within 24 hours to let you know.
Delivery takes 1-3 business days anywhere in SA.
Any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from transportation for which we will not be responsible.
Please note that Fastway Couriers will only deliver to a physical address, and not a P.O. Box number. Fastway Couriers requires that each delivery be signed for, as proof of delivery. The address of preference is a Work / Business address.
* All postal code that’s not covered by Fastway Couriers service will be shipped via normal mail service.
We deliver within South Africa Only, please contact us to arrange international delivery if required.
How long will delivery take?
Next day delivery in KZN if you place your order before 10AM (Ts&Cs apply)

Delivery takes 24 – 72 hours to all cities within South Africa.

Can I return my order?
Return & Exchange
If you have any questions or concerns, rest assured that we always respond within 24 hours, usually less. In the event of a problem with your order, please contact us so that we can resolve the issue together.
Return/Exchange policy :
· Items must be returned within 10 days of the date of delivery.
· Items must be sent in its original packaging unworn and unwashed, items be sent in one single shipment; products that belong to the same order must be returned to us at the same time.
· Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
· Items must be returned/exchange at the customer’s expense.
